great attention getter, we have used this to pickup groceries and deliver food. speed regulated, governor kicks in 48-50mph. speedometer registers 30mph I use gps for speed. small dents on passenger side. van was manufactured in 2002 and titled and licensed in Texas, I purchased 4 yrs ago and title transferred to WV. just replaced exhaust including muffler,converter. takes a minute to warm up but runs great, replaced tires when I got it, purchased it with 1200 miles on odometer. we outgrew it. everything works, air,heat.... only problem on occasions the starter sticks, I just tap and starts right up. call with any questions or concerns. 304-481-9174 or email.
