This is a restored-title Rubicon. A tree fell on the windshield frame and front hood during a storm. I have the before and after pictures. No frame damage, no tub damage: repairs were simple bolt on factory items. The damage was limited to the tops of the original doors, windshield frame, hood and fenders all of which have been replaced as follows:The original doors were replaced with doors from a new 2016 Wrangler with less than 100 miles. The hood and both front fenders were replaced with 2016 OEM, paint matching, new take offs. The soft top is also off of the same Wrangler the 2016 doors came off. The windshield frame is the only used part in the repair. It was a 2012 with no damage but non-paint matching. It was painted black with a rattle can: to paint it properly would have required removing the glass, powder coating or paint, and then installing new glass. I like it the way it is, you may not. The before repair pictures are shown. The Jeep is now as shown in the pictures without any damage. As the before pictures indicate, no damage to the inner support structure: all of the damage was external and completely repaired with just factory bolt on items: hood, fenders and windshield frame. No body work was needed. No frame damage. The grille is the original. All paint matches (OEM) except for the black doors and black windshield frame. The original doors were replaced because the driver's side was dented. Please bid only if you do not need to secure a loan for purchase. Most banks will not loan on a salvage title vehicle.Apart from the above the Rubicon is in very good to excellent condition with only 12,000 Box A, original miles. It has passed Arizona inspection and has a regular title apart from being branded "restored". It is AZ registered and insured. It has factory front and rear (push-button) locking axles, push-button factory sway bar disengage and 4:11gears. It is an automatic with air-conditioning. Poison Spyder tire carrier, 4 new Radial Mudclaw 37x12.50x17 tires, winch and the following Metalcloak products:Metalcloak Overland body armor (there is no damage under the armor). This consists of front fenders and inner fender support structure, rear quarter panel armor and rear fenders. The front and rear fenders are removable in 5 min. to reduce the width of the Jeep while on tight trails. Reinstall takes slightly longer. Each fender is capable of supporting 350 lbs per the Metalcloak.Metalcloak under cloak armor. Protects the transmission, transfer case and fast tank with 3/16 to 1/4 skid plates.Metalcloak GAME CHANGER 4.5 long travel suspension. Research this. There is no better engineered suspension system available. Period. This Wrangler has nearly every upgrade option Metalcoak sells excepting that it has ARB shocks vs. the Fox shocks. Sale comes with a spare with matching rim. The spare is a Goodyear 37-1250-17 with about half tread.This Jeep rides and handles amazing. It is powerful and has no problem going 80 mph with just one hand on the wheel.In the rear passenger/bed area a custom made platform has been installed that supports a Beard Superseat-style seat suited to children 5-12 yrs with multi-point racing style harness (seat and harness not included). The platform can also support an adult seat with minor modifications. The platform mounts to factory locations with no drilling or modifications to the body or otherwise. Additionally, a Hardrock cross bar has been added just behind the rear seat at the middle of the factory roll cage's downward-bend. This is a tie-in member that spans the left and right rear roll cage sections and ties them in. If one were seated in the rear this tie-in member is behind and above head level. It has been powder coated the same as the body armor, tire carrier and rear seat base. See Hardrock for more information. Sale comes with a factory rear bumper that will be installed. Needs: The door locks need to be keyed to the key for the ignition. This can be done for less than $100.00 and if I have time I will have this done. NADA book value for a 2015 non-branded title starts at a low of $28,000.00 and goes up to over $30K not including all of this Rubicon's additions.To transform an ordinary Rubicon to one equal to this would cost over $15,000.00 in parts and labor. In other words, at minimum: $40,000.00 plus. Or buy mine.I am willing to bring this Rubicon to a mechanic of your choosing for inspection. I am well known at 4 Wheelers Supply on Washington Street (the best 4x4 shop in AZ in my opinion). Although they did none of the work on my Rubicon I acknowledge that their opinion is gospel. I can face time with prospective buyers so that a real-time inspection can occur at the buyer's direction. The buyer of this JEEP will be thrilled to have it. I can help arrange shipping.
