Due to buyer misunderstanding I am once again relisting my 2000 NB TDi, and for the sake of not repeating this i ask that you carefully review following information before dropping a bid, thanks and happy bidding... Vehicle has been parked in my driveway and not driven since 2015.It needs a new battery and air to re-inflate tires before it can be driven, however, I am unable to perform either of these services myself since car is not currently registered or insured. I am certain it WILL start with a fresh battery and offer to refund and cancel sale if it does not. That said, vehicle is sold as-is where-is Prefer dealing w/ buyer located close to NY, 11501 but will help with shipping IF arranged by buyer -3rd owner of cosmetically average 17-year old VW NB TDi-5-speed has usable original clutch (due soon for replacement)-engine has good compression, running condition mechanically....lots of life for a VW diesel with only 130,000-unable to drive manual-transmission because of knee injury-has sat in driveway and not been started or driven for approx. 2-3 years, oil change is recommended -tires still have fair amount of tread remaining though they need air -original timing belt & fuel filter were replaced @ 80k-will need new battery (or deep charging to existing OPTIMA battery)-passenger-side windshield crack does not affect visibility (may be fillable-fixable) -small tear on driver-side seat, interior has some staining from sitting so long-sunshade (seen on front passgr. seat) needs to be reattached -sunroof motor needs to be wired (currently locked in "closed" position)-working power locks/windows-no rust no major dents -missing front spoiler and 1 fog lamp (have replacement lamp to include only)-interior headliner sags (can be reattached)-aftermarket heavy-duty aluminum skid plate by Diesel Geek (see picture-replaces fragile OEM plastic) -MP3 player in trunk works with factory radio -vehicle located in driveway of Nassau County NY residential address-can be viewed prior to bidding, please email contact to schedule inspection-all questions should be asked before placing bid, non-payers will be frowned upon + reported to ebay -Clear Florida title is in hand for buyer upon receipt of payment-$500 deposit due w/in 48hrs or prompt contact from winner to make other arrangements-buyer responsible for shipping & delivery arrangements
