The 1979 Corvette is the last of the shark style before Chevrolet moved onto the exaggerated curves on the shark in 1980. The first and last year of a body style seem to have the most value, if not now it likely will. This 1979 Corvette needs to be reassembled, being offered partially disassembled at this time. The engine is out of the car currently. Was told that the work done to the motor includes rods, pistons and main bearings. It has a slightly higher lift to the camshaft. The headers, aluminum intake and big carburetor can obviously be seen on the engine. With the fresh motor being out, the car can just be reassembled and driven, or you have a nice start to a restoration. The car can be seen at Quinn's Quality Cars on US-1 in Fort Pierce.
