Please know that I have had a TON of interest in this car. If you are serious about this car then feel free to contact me and/or put in an offer. If you are just a little bit handy or good with cars then this Mini is a steal. You are looking at a very nice turbo charged 2008 Mini Cooper S with a 6-speed manual transmission. The car was running great but recently got hot because of a small water leak and is now needing repair. The car was taken to the local Mini dealer where it was diagnosed needing a new head gasket and might need more work once the head is pulled depending on if the head needs to be straightened. I was going to do the work myself over the holiday but got busy so I decided to put it on eBay and see if anyone else out there wants a very nice Mini and is willing to get her running again. The dealer quoted around $1,500.00 if they do the work. Before the leak she was a great running car that was always maintained and serviced by the locally Mini dealership. Turbo ran strong and there were no other issues with the motor before the sudden leak. The interior is perfect with leather seats and automatic climate control. Tires are fairly new and the brakes have been recently serviced. The body is in good condition other than the car was key scratched by someone who confused this car with another while in a parking lot. The rear bumper is a bit marked up and I would just put a new one on. Most of the car shows better than normal wear for a car of this age. Shipping: I am willing to help with shipping. This car will need to be picked up with a trailer since it is not running. Some transport companies may pick it up but I have never done that before.
