Low Mileage 2003 Ford Crown Victoria P71 (Police). I bought it just a few months ago from a small Texas town. It never had a light bar nor spotlight nor partition. It does have one capped antenna mount on the trunk lid. I put new tires on it. They have about 3K miles on them. It is is good condition with the nicks and dings expected with normal use. There is some peeling of the plastic exterior trim pieces. I don't know what the Wharton, Tx PD used it for but it was clearly not a patrol vehicle. It runs and drives perfectly. Everything functions properly including the A/C. It has some old stick on window tint that is peeling and needs to be removed.
