98 Civic in good shape. 3rd owner, ALL STOCK. This car has been well maintained and it is getting hard to find EK coupes in great shape and unmolested. Adult owned and driven. Garaged most of its life so there is almost zero rust. Clean title in hand.Power locks, power windows, sunroof, keyless entry. Brand new front tires, rears have about 30% tread.Went to a Honda shop 03/16 for a full inspection where ALL issues they found were fixed. 02/2015 @ 185k timing belt, water pump, and head gasket replaced 02/2016 @ 193k driver side window regulator replaced03/2016 @ 194k shifter bushings and both VTEC gaskets replaced.Shifts like new and sunroof works perfectly. Brand new keyless entry remote.Bad:-Cruise control doesn't work, light comes on dash so it is most likely a simple fix but I haven't had time to look at it.-Exhaust rattles little bit due to a rusted downpipe flange. A new stainless steel header with downpipe is about $70, or an exhaust shop can cut out the flange and weld in a flex pipe for around $30. This is a 2nd car for me and I only hear it sometimes so I haven't bothered to replace.-Radio knob and interior dome light cover are missingOverall this is a reliable Honda with all the major maintenance items done
