You are bidding on a 1999 Jaguar XJ8 V8 powered rear wheel drive Jaguar. It is said from other sources to be less than 21,000 of these cars ever made, but then we haven't verified it.. The VANDEN PLAS models are about as good as you could get for the XJ8 models back then. This car is one of my most favorites, of elegance, performance, and raw modern V8 power. This one came to us as a repossession from a local finance company as a non starting vehicle. This car has been inspected and reissued an Arizona replacement VIN number, since the original number plate had been removed; one could only guess the previous owner tried to prevent its ultimate repossession. Free and clear title in our name goes to the high bidder. We have not done anything with it for months and our available mechanics are busy with other projects for the spring rush coming up. The car does not run, we have no idea nor have we investigated any possible reason.
