The MT250K1 Elsinore was sold in 1975 in Custom Silver Metallic with Tahitian Red and Black. The gas tank and fenders were silver, but the gas tank top stripe was red. The side cover and headlight shell were black. The fenders were silver painted plastic. The exhaust system heat shield was black. The "MT250 ELSINORE" side cover decal was yellow and white. The engine was a 248cc piston port single cylinder linked to a 5-speed transmission. It also used oil injection. It is registered and I have the pink-slip in hand. The paint was recently redone and it shows very well for a 41 year old 2 stroke bike. It starts and runs just fine. It could benefit from a carb rebuild. And, the electrical system needs to be sorted out to be fully functional. It has an excellent 1974 stainless exhaust shield, but you will also get the original 1975 black one with your purchase of this bike. The bike includes a new seat cover and a new battery. Original owners manual, original tool kit, original Honda service manual, original illustrated parts catalog and a large box of original parts are included. I am also including a second engine and transmission.
