Car is in overall good shape. Just over 146,000 miles. New catalytic converter, almost new front rotors and brake pads, new rear drums (shoes will need replacing soon), two almost new tires and two have more than 50% thread left. Regularly maintained. Recently replaced transmission oil and filter. Engine runs well, burns no oil and has no leaks or other issues. Sometimes the engine light comes on with code 741 after driving it on the highway, It never comes on around town. As it was explained to me, it means the torque converter lock-up clutch occasionally slips and throws this error code. This has no effect on gas mileage, performance or emissions, and it has never been an issue going through inspection. I always cleared the code before getting it inspected, and it always passed. The body and interior are in good shape. The interior could use a good cleaning, but it has no rips or tears anywhere, just normal use wear. The body has a few faint scratches, and a few minor dings and dents that have been touched up. The only objectionable flaw is a bump on the passenger side rocker panel and a crease on the edge of the passenger side door. These have been touched up and are not very noticeable. Please see the photos. A new front emblem has been installed on the grille. Two new fog light covers are on order. A new set of hubcaps is included. The car must be sold, so the starting bid has been set accordingly. Located in Williamstown, NJ and available for inspection almost any time. I have no idea what they are talking about??? I ran a Carfax and it shows nothing whatsoever. I have printed copies of the Carfax report available for the asking.I also have a lift at home, and at pick-up time I can show the car body underneath is in pristine condition.
