Hi, Thanks for viewing my SL600 Silver Arrow Edition. These cars do not come up for sale very often. It is 1 of 100 ever made and it has a late-build date of April 11th, 2001. It features the M120 6.0L V12 which is extremely reliable and does not burn any oil and has no leaks. It is extremely smooth and responsive. The market has high demand for naturally aspirated V12 engines. This car had an original MSRP of $136,270. The Silver Arrow Edition was very rare and included many features. I really can't think of anything wrong with it. Open to pre-purchase inspections as well. The brake pads appear to have about 70% life left and the rotors have a lot of meat left. The Silver Arrow SLs come with special brakes with a lot more stopping power and fade resistance than the regular SLs. No odors, this is an extremely clean car and just had it detailed last week. No rust and a very clean undercarriage. Air suspension functions as it should and the car has a very soft but composed ride. This car was garage stored throughout its life and exercised regularly to keep it in great mechanical shape. The engine pulls strongly and can keep up with many modern cars. Transmission is strong as well, always in the right gear. I've never had any reliability issues with this car. Just do regular maintenance. This really is a timeless design. The Silver Arrow also came with the engine-turned aluminum instrument cluster and the black birds-eye maple wood trim. The A/C and heat work great and this car comes with heated seats, so you can be top down in autumn as well. The PANORAMA TOP is extremely rare and on its own retails for over $5,000. Once you have a R129 with this roof, the standard top just won't do. It was standard with the Silver Arrow Edition SL600, but on other SLs it was often a five-figure option. No hydraulic top leaks like a lot of other cars. The top goes up and down as it should and still has trunk space for golf clubs. The convertible soft-top was redone sometime in 2015. Battery, oil and filter done in May 2016. Comes with plenty of service history, floor mats, and Silver Arrow Certificate of Authenticity. Happy to answer any questions you may have.
