Very clean, well maintained, showing some minor wear for its miles but nothing serious. Some consider salvage title as a 'junk' car or has been in a severe collision and isn't repairable. However, some vehicle can have minimal damages or even none! Insurance Companies estimate vehicles by working with dealerships using expensive parts and high priced labor for repairs. They have to consider the year and mileage due to every dealership and its warranty. Once they have estimated a full repair cost they compare it to the price of a "used vehicle". If the repairs exceed a specific percentage of the value, they can deny the repairs and auction off the vehicle as a total loss. If the owner has full coverage insurance, he or she may deny the repairs without their insurance agent even seeing or inspecting the damages. This vehicle was purchased from Toyota Finance Company in Orlando. It was being repaired by Toyota Dealership when they realized they needed more money. Aside the repairs that have already been made, they exceeded the price limit and the Insurance Company decided to Salvage it and sell the car AS-IS. As shown in the pictures, they put 2 new door skins and repaired the quarter panel. I had the the parts painted/matched and assembled. The only issues it has now is there are a few scratches on the rear bumper, right front wheel is a little bent (still holds air), and the right front mud guard is missing. Airbags did not deploy, no frame or structural damages, I can provided an estimate of damage for inspection.
