Vehicle Detail
1968 Pontiac lemans 83,000 miles 350 3 speed runs and drives good please look at the photos and you will see it needs work, lots done already I do have all trim for the car, I do not know what was done to the engine but it has plenty of power On Oct-15-16 at 17:55:09 PDT, seller added the following information: I should also mention that the engine does not smoke at all. It has power steering, not power brakes. Brakes are good and are drum all around. All lights worked when the car was taken apart. Carb is a Q-Jet and the car performs really well with it. No hesitation when you hit the 4 barrel. Very snappy. Has a hand choke. Works well. Don't know the gear ratio. I never checked. It is a factory standard with a hurst shifter. Car was never bondoed prior to the work that has been done since I purchased it. Had rust on bottom of fenders. They were cut off and good mark replacements were welded on. Same with quarter panels. As you can see in the photos there was a little rust on the passenger's rocker when we pulled the molding. We cut it off as we did any other rust on the car so no rust came back. However, I did not get as far as welding the two pieces for the rocker. So that is the only part where there is any metal work to be done. Quarters are done, fenders are done and straight. Very minimal bondo. Frame is solid. So, hood is not bent, hinges are good. Deck lid needs very little work. In short, you should have a pretty straight car. Have lots of stuff that goes with car. I was turning it into a GTO. Also have new GTO emblems for it. The only thing I did not get was the GTO tail lights. It comes with the Lemans tail lights.
