It has never been exposed to salted roads(see pics of the underside). The first owner drove most of the miles in Virginia. The second owner only used it sparingly. We have fully serviced this van...the Michelin tires are near new, new brakes, the A/C works, new oil pressure sensor, new struts, etc. This van is very clean inside and out. We are including a 30 day 3000 mile warranty on the engine and transmission only. All work must be done by Broadmoor Motors or approved by Broadmoor Motors prior to any repair. The rocker on the driver's side only has 2 spots with dent damage from a lift being used improperly(see pics). It does not affect anything structurally or mechanically on the van however Carfax does report that there was structural damage back in 2003 but they do not list an event(no accidents are reported). This was not listed on the autocheck report. We believe it's the rocker on the driver's side that got this listed on Carfax. Everything seems to work on the interior including the faucet, stove and heat. We are not warrantying anything besides the engine and transmission. The check engine light is currently on but the codes apply to the ignition. It will sell that way. A button was installed for the ignition as well as a key. There is a key that works the ignition and another key that works the door looks. The factory remote does work. There is an armrest missing, the rear curtain is slightly torn in one spot. The grille has a cracked off piece as well(see pic). We highly recommend a third party inspection or to call before bidding.
