This is a 2006 Lexus GS300 which has a transferable and nonrepairable title, which means you have to use it for parts or salvage only. It is in Houston, Texas and would require you to tow it. Although the car runs perfectly well, it is not considered legal for use on Texas roads, based on the type of title it has. We don't know if and in fact HIGHLY doubt that it can LEGALLY be driven in ANY OTHER STATE. We are not expert in legal matters and are only selling this as per the title we have. The car and its parts are in excellent condition with 75,433 mostly highway miles, only two owners, and equipped with extras like 6 disc CD system, beautiful wood trim, sunroof, heated and cooling front seats. Please be aware that the battery probably needs to be replaced since the car has been sitting for a while. It was driven without issue until several months ago when we were issued the nonrepairable title. For the right buyer, this would be a great purchase to sell for the parts.
