Up for bid: is a 2007 Mini Cooper S Convertible, this is what happened to the car: This is my nephews car, he had the car for about 2 years, which he financed through his credit union, when he bought the car it was in excellent condition everything worked without any problems. So just recently he had a accident which no cars where involved, he took a turn and the pavement was wet because it was raining that day and the car slid and hit a curve and damaged the front wheel, fender, shock, axel, bumper trim fell off, and drivers side airbag deployed and the passenger side window does not work, it is in the down position and doesnt come up, A/C doesnt get cold, and also engine doesnt turn on seems like its a fuse, i really dont know the extent of the damage but thats what it seemed happened. When the accident happened the car was taken to a local body shop and since they didnt have the key at the time it seems like they took the stitching out of the convertible top to get into the car, I noticed that when the car was brought home because it wasnt like that before (shown in pictures). Right now either than that everything else is working even the convertible top also still retracts. Since he had full coverage the car was declared total loss and was partially payed off by the insurance and he payed off the remainder of the balance due. So he has the title on hand and it is showing as a clean title (Dont know why but it came clean). Shipping: I am only willing to due local pickup, ive never sold a car on Ebay so dont know much of this department. Unless you are a experienced buyer and know how to do shipping and guide me through i will ship out but at your expense.
