Time to sell the Bmw We bought this car in 2010 when our daughter was born with 103,000 on it. It had been owned by a chello player in the santa fe orchestra. The car had the cooling system redone and the alternator replaced at that point. The car currently has 149xxx miles on it. We don’t drive the car anymore and it needs to go to a good home. It has been a fantastic car and is in fairly decent shape. It has the usual scratched and dings from being a 15 year old car. The car easily gets 27mpg in town and if driven correctly can get 32-34 mpg on the highway. I have maintained this car in my mechanics shop and following is a list of thing I have done to it. New battery – 6 months old, new brakes, rebuilt drive shaft and guibo, fuel pump, jet suction pump, fuel filter, trans service with full synthetic fluid less than 5,000 mi ago, recent oil change and only with liquid moly the whole ownership, tune up, coolant temp sensor, cooling system flush, rear differential service with full synthetic less than 5,000 mile ago, new tires recently, Fixed multiple vacuum lines in the last week because of check engine light, plus things I know I am forgetting. Feel free to make an offer. The worst that can happen is I say no.
