For your consideration is this GORGEOUS 1939 BUICK SPECIAL 4-DOOR SEDAN. The car runs well and has a CLEAR Title. DETAILS This Buick has 71,250 ORIGINAL miles with less than 10,000 of them on its ~10-year-old, re-built 350 cubic inch, 4-barrel, Holley engine with a mild cam. The Engine runs well, but is in need of a new battery. The car has a Dual Exhaust with mid 1970s Camaro Front Suspension and Mercury Rear Suspension.  It features Disc Brakes all around. The body was painted a sharp Black Cherry Metallic Flake about 8 years ago.  Although there are a couple of SMALL dents and some scratches, the body and paint are in good condition, otherwise.  There is a crack in one of the grills.  (Please see scans.) The car has ALWAYS been stored in a garage so it doesn’t see rain or the harsh Buffalo winters!  Because of this care, The Frame is in VERY GOOD shape with minimal rust. The Cragar Stainless Steel Rims are showing their age, but the tires have good tread on them. There is some MINOR damage to both front windshields at the bottom corners.  (See scan.) The Interior is CLEAN and the Seats have been re-upholstered.  All are in good condition.  (See Scans.) The Inner Front Door Panels and Inner Kick Panels are showing some wear.  (See Scans.) FINAL NOTES As I said, the Current Owner has CLEAR TITLE to the car, but I am NOT the owner.  I am selling this vehicle for a Dear Friend who does not “do” eBay.  I offer my eBay Reputation on her behalf! I am NOT a “Car Guy” but my Seller’s Son is.  I will direct any/all questions to him.  Therefore, it might take me a “little longer” to answer your questions – but I will answer them. Should you become the new Owner of this car, I ask for a $2000.00 down-payment within 48 hours and your Final payment is expected within 10 days.  I will put you in contact with the Current Owner, who lives near me in the Buffalo, NY area.  I will let you and the Current Owner work out the logistical details, etc.  But I will remain involved in the sale until I know that you are satisfied with your purchase!  You should feel free to contact ME for any reason at all.
