So, we can save a lot of time, and thousands and thousands of words. It is hard to believe that any of these Ranchero pickups have survived in such amazing condition. Frankly, this two-owner, 81,000 mile Ranchero 500 is the nicest example we have ever encountered. When discovered by a long time Mustang Enthusiast, it was treated to an exceptionally nice re-paint and detailing, and a smattering of exceptionally rare N.O.S. die-cast parts. The bumpers were re-plated and the dash plastics re-chromed. The little truck starts, runs and drives as new. The chrome-styled steel rims are a beautiful addition, as is the wood rimmed after market wheel. The original tonneau cover and original steering wheel are included in the sale. The car is now equipped with dual exhaust, and as you can see by the photographs, everything underneath is as clean as the top, the interior and the engine compartment. One final note: If you are a Cobra or Shelby enthusiast, this truck is a must have as your “race support vehicle”. We can only imagine how cool the white letters spelling out “Shelby American, Venice California” would look against the Brittany Blue on the doors. Please email us or call us with your questions.
