This is a 1965 Sunbeam Tiger with 260 V8 Ford engine. When I bought the car in January of 2009 I contacted Tiger expert Norman Miller to verify that this is a Tiger. Norman was able to verify that the body, VIN tag, JAL tag, engine, transmission, and rear end are all real Tiger units although not all from the same Tiger. This car is an early car with the rounded corners on the door and bonnet. It contains all of the parts needed to build an Alpine into a Tiger as a clone or to restore as a Tiger or race car. The steering rack and pinion, motor mounts, generator bracket and u-joints which as specific to only a Tiger are here. The serial numbers are available upon request only. I do have a couple Alpine parts cars in various states that I would sell that would make restoration much faster. With the prices of Tigers reaching $120k and more these cars are worth restoring properly. Car has a clear Iowa title in my name.
