I bought this truck a couple months ago with the idea to have it restored. It had been sitting for several years so I had a mechanic replace fuel tanks,sending units, fuel pumps, vacuum lines, clean the injectors and electrical, the bill was just over 2,000(I have receipt) The truck runs drives okay but does need paint, seat cover, one power window doesn't work, I just put 4 new Pathfinder tires from Discount Tire (500.00)but probably will need brakes.The tailgate has a dent(see pics) but other than paint, body looks pretty good, small dent drivers side door. I was told by mechanic the A/C kicks on but blower motor does not. It comes with a spare but not the other 4 tires in pictures, they go to my sons truck and won't fit a 3/4 ton. Just went through emissions and passed 1st time with flying colors. The truck runs well, it just doesn't look great! This is the 1st year for fuel injection. It has a 7.4 liter 454 motor, TH400 transmission with a Gear Vendor Overdrive System(these sell for 1000.00 on ebay)(This has not been tested) It is the Heavy Duty Model and with some time and effort this will be a great truck for someone. The odo reads 48K but based on my conversation with the previous owner its 148K. It is a 2wd with a 5th wheel hitch installed. If you are out of state and going to drive it back let me know and I can get the brakes done(at your cost) before you pick it up. I haven't driven it much(AC not charged and July in AZ) but starts right up and runs strong. Also, I am in Oro Valley, suburb of Tucson and if you want me to take it to a mechanic close to Oro Valley I would be more than happy to do that for you. It's not perfect but AZ truck from day one, fuel injection and great truck to tow with. Listed for sale locally and reserve right to end auction early if sold. Thank you
