Vehicle Detail
Here is one mean 1953 Chevy. This car is a beast. It has a built 540 Roller Motor that runs good and sounds awesome thru the Headers with 4 inch dual exhaust coming out in front of back tires. It is loud. It has a 350 Turbo Transmission with a stall. It has a high rise intake with a 4 barrel Demon Carb, Aluminum Radiator with Electric fan to keep engine running cool. The Valve Covers are Eldebrock. It has MSD Ignition. The interior needs to be finished. It has front bench seat with back seat but needs carpet and headliner along with package tray. The lights are not working at this time so need to be wired. It has a tall Lokar Shifter and a nice Chrome Lecarra Tilt Steering Column with a Lecarra Steering wheel. The Sunpro gauges are working for the oil pressure and temp. The original speedometer and gas gauge are not working. The body is pretty solid. It needs the trim. It was recently painted flat black. I have not seen rust on this car. I have both bumpers that go with car but need to be put back on. All the glass is good. It has a nice metal Sunvisor. It has Electric Fuel Pump. The fuel cell is in the truck along with the battery. This car runs off pump gas 93 Octane. The rear is a narrowed Ford 9 inch tubbed with probably 4:11 gears and 29-15R-15LT Mickey Thompson tires on rear. The front tires need to be replaced because they are dry rotted. It has a Mustang II frontend with Manual Rack Steering and Manual Disc Brakes on front. It would be easy to add power steering to it as well as adding a power brake booster with the Mustang II Frontend. The engine is fresh and was just installed about 3 months ago. Alot of work has been done on this car. It is a running and driving project for a restoration. I don't know the miles but was told engine had less than 1000 miles on it but I have nothing to show that. It runs strong and does not smoke. The car was built right with plenty of bracing and support done underneath the car. This is not some thrown together car. What work has been done is correct and done the right way. I have more pics if anyone wants to see more and I can also take more pics if there is something in particular you want to see. My contact number is available upon request. It would have cost you more money to get this car to this point then you can buy it for. The hard work has been done. This car is also for sale locally and on other sites so auction could end early. It is being sold as is with no warranty given or implied in anyway. You are welcomed to have car inspected anyway you want before end of auction. If you bid and meet reserve and are high bidder at end of auction then you have bought it. This car is being sold with a current Georgia registration as Georgia will not issue a title and any vehicle this old. You will be able to get a title in your name in the state you live in with the paperwork I give you. Any questions please ask. Thanks for looking
