Hello, selling my Willys Jeep project to fund another. This is not a museum piece or a frame off restoration but it is a very solid, reliable, and clean Jeep. It has a few drips underneath, nothing major. Gets a lot of attention going down the road and where ever I take it. Frame is solid, mostly painted with POR 15. I have owned this Jeep for 2 years, have done a lot of work to it. Everything works, very strong 225 V6 motor. Saginaw 4 speed transmission and Dana 18 transfer case. It had a bad 4th gear synchro so I bought a rebuilt 4 speed on Craigslist that after install seems to need a new pilot bearing!! I will include the old tranny for parts. I was quoted ~ $500 for the repair at a local shop so my reserve is adjusted accordingly. The body/grill/fenders are fiberglass. The hood and windshield frame are steel. Comes with a full soft top with doors in great condition. 4 wheel drive works. All fluids changed. Work I have done: All new wiring with fuse/panel and ground block New seats (technically it has boat seats up front but they work, fit, and function) New CJ5 fuel tank and hoses mounted in rear (not under drivers seat!) New Gauges New HEI ignition Rebuilt carburetor All new brakes all the way around New master cylinder and clutch slave cylinder Rebuilt transmission (but it needs a new input bearing) Bedlined interior (just this week) New Starter New tie rods New shocks New steering wheel New shift knobs New steering dampener New seat belts New Exhaust Painted body (flat rattle can but looks good) Painted wheels Speedo and fuel gauge currently not hooked up. Gerry can in picture not included with sale. Spare tire and rear mount included just not pictured. It is titled as a 1962 Jeep but is a CJ3A body style I believe.
