Thank you for your interest. I'm selling my 1949 Chevy 3100 single back window 4 speed on the floor. It has a 235 straight 6 and the original 6 volt system. I recently had a tuneup that included A new fuel petcock, new valve cover gasket, new timing chain gasket, new oil pan gasket, new water pump, new thermostat, new radiator, new fuel filter, new spark plugs,new wires new distributor cap, fresh inspection, and much more. This truck is very solid and drives like a dream. I drove it up and down for 4 1/2 hours straight sunday the 10th, with no problems. This truck has been garage kept since I bought it and I have never driven in the rain or in bad weather for that matter. There is a bit of rust on the cab corners and by the battery box cover ( standard for these trucks) but other than that she's super solid. I get lots of thumbs up and honks when I drive in this one. ( original heating system, new stainless steel front emblem with gasket, new stainless steel radiator return tank) just to name a few...On Jul-12-16 at 20:09:21 PDT, seller added the following information: Had a few people ask for pics of the rust. It's minor stuff but I will update some new pics in the next couple of days. Also was asked about any mechanical problems. Wipers do not work but I'm including the original vacuum wiper motor with the extra parts box. And the tranny has a leak. Which my mechanic told me was coming from the cork gaskets. I'm including a brand new set of cork gaskets for the tranny. You guessed it.. in the extra pars box. *Also forgot to mention... I had a brand new exhaust system put in..from the exhaust manifold all the way back. On Jul-16-16 at 12:30:11 PDT, seller added the following information: I have 21 new photos of underneath the truck, under the carpet/mat, wheel wells, and cab corners.
