This is a barn find i have been hanging on to for too long. Shown as found. Lost my storage and it needs to go. It is complete. NO it does not have a title, sold with bill of sale only. I don't know if the engine is stuck or not, It ran and drove when i got it 10 plus years ago. It has rust but nothing atypical for an TR4A. Tires will stay up long enough to move.
