I purchased this 2005 Mini Cooper as a run and drive at a auction in PA .The car was running and no longer runs now. We were able to jump it but it only cranks and cranks.I can not sell it in new york as i am a NEW YORK DEALER. It would need to pass inspection but since it does not start i can not get it inspected.
