You are bidding on a 1987 caprice classic brougham. this fine car currently has 81500 one family owned original miles. Clean New York State title in hand!First owned by the wife, then after her passing, it was re-titled under the husbands name. The motor and transmission perform flawlessly. The tires have super deep tread and the brakes work as they should. The factory air conditioner blows ice cold. All power windows work as does the power seat. The power door locks work. The car retains its original Delco AM/FM cassette radio. The oil has been changed every three thousand miles. The bottom of the engine is totally dry. I would suggest, however , that the valve cover gaskets be replaced in order to be perfect. The body has no rust thru whatsoever. There are a series of nicks and dents on the car (see pics) as would be expected of an automobile of this vintage that was senior owned. The panel and door gaps are laser straight and I firmly believe this is a no hit car without any bondo or bodywork to be found!! I have to mention that there is a cracked front marker light on the passengers front corner and a crack in the passengers rear stop light. The rear light is mostly intact and passes NYS inspection. Car also wears a current NYS inspection and there are no check engine lights present.The exhaust pipe to the front of the muffler from the catalytic converter and the muffler itself have recently been changed. Interstate battery.The paint has some peeling of the clear coat in some places. The interior presents nicely, not perfect, and shows some normal wear.the headliner is intact but it is currently sagging. Recent work includes a brand new water pump and all new belts and hoses!!
