*1967 Dodge Coronet R/T 440 4 speed Dana One of only 1355 4 speed, 440 Magnum R/T's built in 1967. There couldn't be too many built like this one!Factory built Black on Black (no vinyl top) with Red accent stripesHas the original factory 440 Magnum, Original Hemi 4 speed & Original 3.54 Dana 60 rear endManual steering, manual brakesRust Free original factory Sheet Metal52K milesBeautiful deep high gloss paint and it is super straightBeautiful interiorFactory built with Bucket Seats and a Center ConsoleRadio deleteOriginal paint is still in the trunkUnderside is untouched and all original, factory undercoated and it is super niceRedline tires with Black painted steel wheels and dog dish hubcapsFully documented with the Original Fender tag and the Original Broadcast Sheet This car really has it all. A rare and desirable color combination, original drivetrain from front to back, fully documented with the original fender tag and original broadcast sheet, rust free original factory sheet metal, low original miles and it runs and drives strong! A factory Black 440 4 speed Dana car! Could it get any better? Maybe... if it was a Hemi Convert! This Coronet R/T is an outstanding example of a '60's Muscle Car. As a matter of fact, 1967 was the very first year that DODGE used the "R/T" badge on any car making it DODGE's first "officially badged" Muscle Car ever! The only things keeping this great car from being 100% stock would be some tasteful "'70's add-ons" done to it back in the day that are all easily changed back. Some of the minor modifications on it are an electronic ignition, a Hurst Shifter, headers with high flow 2 1/2" dual exhaust, a Holly carb, a deep oil pan, auxiliary gauges under the dash, rear shocks and a few chromed items under the hood. Actually, all are pretty nice add-ons! The panel gaps are all excellent and the doors, hood and trunk all open and close smoothly. The previous owner shared with me that several years ago it had just one repaint of the original Black color and it was done in base coat clear coat so it has a deep crisp look. He also told me that the engine had been rebuilt using hardened valve seats so you can use todays unleaded fuel and the transmission had been gone through with new syncros. It is nice and tight, sounds very healthy and it runs and drives great and looks even better! The car is in beautiful condition, it is incredibly rare and it is investment quality.
