Up for possible sale is my all steel 1940 Chevy Coupe, street rod. Has 350 chevy motor with small cam and low miles, aluminum radiator, 350 turbo automatic with Lokar shifter in floor. Car runs beautifully, never runs hot, always fires right up and is a dependable car. No air. Heater works, all lights work, all gauges work, windows go up and down with ease and there is no broken glass. Door locks work and has power drivers seat. Has interior release for the hood and also for the trunk. Has complete custom interior including back seat, AM/FM CD player, power steering, power brakes disc in front & drum in back stops nicely. Has Mustang 2 Heidts front. Has new upgraded plastic gas tank. Also has built in radar detector. I have the front and rear bumpers and brackets but I chose not to put them on when I had the new rear steel roll pan welded in I think it looks nicer clean. I also have most of, maybe all of the stainless trim for around the windows. The car is not a show car but gives you a heck of a start if you want to turn it into one. I find it much less stressful and more enjoyable to not have to worry about rock chips or door dings. It's by no means flawless but there are no rust through spots on the body or fenders anywhere. I have nothing bad to report about this Rare 40 Coupe. Wiring under dash could stand some cleanup but the new owner will be very pleased. This is my car but am selling it through my dealership as I am a licensed dealer in Wisconsin(Harley Shop). I have no idea of actual mileage so the mileage represented is not actual. That being said anyone in Wisconsin that buys her will be responsible for tax, license and title fees. Everyone else will pay in your own state when registered. Looking at the various Street Rods & Hot Rods on Ebay I believe this car is priced very fairly, possibly under-priced, for what it is and it's awesome condition.
