1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Real 138 car, Marina Blue (orig Madiera Maroon) Black Top, 511CuIn BBC 620hp, M-20 4 Speed, 3.55 Posi 12 Bolt, Orig 4 piston Power Disc brakes, A/C (non-working), Power windows, Tilt Wheel, Orig AM/FM Radio, Orig Under dash 8 track player, Remote Mirror, Tinted glass. Car had a frame off started 15 years ago, Resto died halfway through due to a couple of relocations and some medical problems. and the car sat in the garage for 10 years. Finally pulled it out again put the body back, on and screwed it back together. DRIVE TRAIN: Fresh 511 cu.in BBC has 2 passes and 1000 miles on it. Motor has 620hp/5500rpm . It is a Mk5 block, 9.0:1 pump gas motor, Scat Crank, Edelbrock Performer Plus aluminum heads, Roller Cam kit and polished Performer Plus intake, 850 dp carb, Hooker Headers, Malloy Unilite, 2 1/2" exhaust with crossover, Fresh M-20 4 speed, Hurst shifter. 12 bolt posi w 3.55 gears. Runs great and is very fast. Simple but effective. BODY: Solid, New full Quarters, Fenders, Hood, Decklid, PPG BC/CC Marina Blue paint (15 years old). No bubbles, rust spots, orange peel showing or any of that. There are a few chips and a couple of minor dings. Floor is good. Trunk is still solid but has surface rust in it from a leaky garage roof and a lot of sitting around. Trim is more than presentable for a street car, there are a few dings in it here and there but it is pretty nice. Bumpers have good chrome. Most of the trim was replaced when the body was done but that was 15 years ago. VERY PRESENTABLE but not a 100 point show car. INTERIOR: Again was done 15 years ago and is usable/presentable but is not 100%, showing some age. Power windows need work, has some bad switches. A/C is almost all there, need new hoses, compressor needs to be rebuilt and the dash balls are MIA. AM/FM powers up but is not working, this is the orig. 67 radio, I was going to have it sent out to a delco tech for resto but I never got that far. The 8 track is the same story. I have a few extra 8 track decks to go with it for parts. Factory gauges are still in the speed warning dash as well as a set of Autometer gauges (oil press, temp and tach w shift light) Speedo not working. Tilt Wheel is tight. SUSPENSION/BRAKES: All new body and suspension bushings, springs, fuel tank, sender. Stock ride height and shocks. Factory Power 4 piston discs, calipers were rebuilt and resleeved.
