The current tank cost me $1100.00 and has never had fuel added since new-ITS AN OEM TANK! Also, I have the original BLACK chain guard that came on the bike, I like the chrome better. It has always been stored in a climate controlled environment and most recently has lived in my basement for a few years. I am relocating to east Tennessee so the bikes have to go for now. The front rim has a very slight nick on one side and a slight smaller than a penny-sized curve directly across the rim from the nick. Hardly noticeable in the pics but I wanted to mention that for transparency. As a serious Honda collector and a purist, I can tell you that this is definitely one of the rarest and cleanest Honda's you will ever have the opportunity to bid on. Just so you know, this is not a bike you want to ride or give to your grandkids as it is extremely rare and special! This one starts, runs and rides if you dare and the chrome is absolutely stunning and in perfect condition!
