1995 Ford Club Wagon Cargo VanHello, Here is a retired Marin county California Fire Van 3/4 ton that was used by Fire dept to transfer fire fighters from different areas in California. 460C.I. engine. It is currently registered to travel the roads until Sept 1st 2016. Had hosed it off before photos so photos show water streaks, Red is very dull with all shine gone. It was a 15 passenger van although I have removed all seats, all back seats are gone except one bench seat I have in storage and it goes with van upon sale. Drive train is strong and would feel confident driving it coast to coast although it has a front left tire wearing fast due to front end alignment problems. It also just barley failed smog by 9 parts per million. As you can see it passed first emmissions test and they said it had failed because elbo pipe was not connected. I put clip on elbo pipe (pointing at it in photo, they painted it, they failed test at smog station) and re-tested it and it just barely failed emmissions test so if mechanic needs this van and understands the smog and front end issues it will most certainly be a great van for someone due to low miles and great care Fire dept took care of it. Tried to smog it due to plans to sell-it, mechanic said that if it had been just 2 degrees hotter it might of passed the test. I have actually only put about 3,000 miles on it in last year and maybe only 18,000 in last 9 or so years. I used it for kayak trips, camping and moving tools, lumber and misc stuff for house restorations. I changed oil every 3,000 miles. 3 Tires are great, front right is wearing bad toe in and makes sound at high freeway speeds. First smog test it just barely passed and second test it just barely failed. Out of state sales, mechanic sale, could also be used as storage or mobile safe truck on non-op mobile lockable farm-storage-truck. This van is not 4x4. Can be stored here free for 30 days and then $3 a day after that. Can also possible deliver it if with-in 200 miles of here for $1 a mile. Ask any questions if interested. Air conditioning blower works although air is just slightly cool, probably needs freon added.
