If you love SAABs or just the best value in a superb European performance sedan, this is your car. This 1995 9000 CSE Turbo 5 speed manual 5 door hatchback has been lovingly cared for all its life. It is 100% accident free and my obsession about rust free cars has been taken to an extreme with this car. You can stop now if you want to go and buy a cheap beater SAAB for 1500 or 2000, they are around and you will pay and pay for your mistake. More has been spent on this car in the last 12 months to make it bullet proof, than the old buy it now price and the reserve is so I low I lose a fortune but I can't keep it now with the new car. The smart people of the world buy cars where the money has been spent, not ones being dumped to avoid the costly repairs and maintenance. I have recently given this amazing car its first repaint to a very high driver quality standard where we searched for rust and actually found a little surface corrosion under the lower left black trim piece. We also removed the windshield to clean up the surround and found the slightest surface rust beginning there. All was cleaned up professionally and prepped with POR15 then the repaint in the factory green color and a new windshield and seal kit fitted. The like new leather interior was then professionally reconditioned and dyed in the factory color and should look great for another 20 years. (See photos. ) These two procedures alone were close to $3000. After which Bud Clark of J&B imports SAAB specialists did a full service, replacing the heater core and all its fittings and hoses (not yet leaking but Google this....they all need it) and the fan mechanism. Heating and Air Conditioning work flawlessly. Car had the important motor mounts replaced, all new belts, and a full service of all filters, cabin air, oil, fuel, air etc. I had planned to run it for another couple years as my luxury high performance daily driver. Everything works, except typical dead pixels in the radio, and it turns in 30 plus MPG with head slamming performance when you want it. The five speed was rebuilt with a new clutch, Great Bridgestone tires, and passes emissions perfectly. Crank position sensor and electronics all refreshed or renewed and car is ready to enjoy. Prices are not strong on SAABS but this is the most desirable one ever made and if you have wanted one, this will not bite and is so low price somebody that loves these needs to grab it. It will treat you right. All books and manuals as shown AND the very costly factory SAAB roof rack is included with the expensive ski rack attachments. Tool kit is complete and like new, spare never down, Nice set of Bridgestones with lots of life left. Just get in and DRIVE. Grab it or make a strong offer. E mail questions or more photos desired. As for the question about the spare parts, there are some new top quality oil filters OEM type, and new wiper blades front and rear and a couple other things. Some may be boxes from new stuff already fitted. The front floor mats and the dash cover are the top quality Loyd Mats (over a hundred bucks) just put in. Carpet under neath is like new as always had mats. Interior lighting all works perfectly and headliner is excellent. Sunrood works perfectly as doe power seat adjusters.This IS a get in drive and enjoy it car. I may be amenable to delivering it up to $500 miles for fuel and bus fare home because I LOVE DRIVING IT.
