Suzuki DRZ110 This bike has a new frame, DRZ-110 are notorious for frame weakness at the rear brake pivot. Entire bike transferred to new frame this winter. This bikes automatic clutch has been replaced by a manual clutch. This makes the engine generate and transmit more power to rear wheel, more fun to drive and additional control. also lengths life of transmission. This bike has a brand new output shaft. Suzuki stock output shaft had a design flaw, an oil hole in the shaft just at the point of contact with the engine case. The output shaft is also used when kick starting the bike. Stress at that point on the output shaft is now modified with a solid "no oil hole" forged Shaft. This mod is necessary on almost all older model DRZ's This bike has a T-Bolt USA 143cc kit installed with brand new left side engine case, timing chain, cam and head. better design, longer life and more power. see photo Swing arm bushing has been replace by ALL BALLS Swing Arm needle Bearing and grease caps. see photo this bike is being sold because the rider has outgrown it and has moved onto a bigger bike.
