Vehicle Detail

I am the third owner. Only has 34,900 original miles. Car is not perfect, but VERY nice & all orig. Has a little bit of rust started on the bottom of drivers door & on rear drivers quarter. Has had 1 repaint many, many years ago, correct color. Bumpers are near perfect. Vinyl top is very nice with a couple small spots that have started to crack. Interior is darn near perfect, still has orig floor mats. Everything works on the car with the exception of the electric door lock on the passengers side, it makes noise but doesn't quite unlock all the way, locks fine. Also the clock only works when it wants to. It still had all orig Mopar hoses, belts, wires. I just changed the belts, & tune up this weekend, & I did keep the orig belts. I also replaced the muffler with an orig style last week. I just replaced the tires today with new Mastercrafts($425)(not pictured on it, sorry, took the pic after washing it this weekend). Also replaced battery($130). Only thing missing from the car is the spare tire, everything else is there-jack, hold down, carpeted cover. Whole trunk has factory carpet in it & still very nice shape. Has rear defrost, electric trunk opener, am/fm radio with floor channel search. Original owners manual. Has tilt & telescopic column. Steering wheel has a couple typical cracks in it. Car drives really nice, like you are on a cloud! Brakes could stand to be freshened up maybe, because of sitting for awhile before I got it, they work good but drag a little. Engine has developed a small exhaust leak at the passengers side manifold, you only hear it when under acceleration. Doesn't smoke, knock, or leak. 400 4brl big block. Runs good but could use a carb rebuild just because its all orig, & from sitting most of it's life. Starts easy every time. Body is VERY straight. Floors & frame are very solid. I think I have explained it completely, but if I remember anything else, I'll add it to the listing. I'll also try & add some more pics tomorrow of the trunk & engine bay. It's all nice but could use a little cleaning. This car isn't far from being a survivor show car. I know it's not perfect but it is the nicest Newport I have ever seen & I have owned a lot of them over the years. I'm only selling due to health reasons. Please feel free to ask questions. I have a clean, clear title in my name, in my hand. I am located in Georgetown, Ky 40324. If you are coming from a distance, I would recommend trailering it, only because of the carb & brakes needing freshened up, I'd feel better about it if you did, just to be safe. My family & I have been driving it on the nice weekends around locally, it's a lot of fun & we get a lot of thumbs up as we go through town. Thank you Just added some more pics. The one of the wheel shows the new tires. Thank you
