Please ask as many questions as possible and I urge any local bidders to come view the car in person before the end of the auction. I am a independent used car dealer in GA. I purchased this vehicle from a salvage auction, the car was sold to me with a clean title and it was listed as a donation car. High bidder will get a clean title. I have not put this car on the highway as of yet, it still needs some work. I have had it up to 3rd gear on a very empty road. it starts, stops, idles fine. Needs a tune up and some electrical issues sorted out. So far all that I have done is replace the fuel filter, changed the oil & oil filter, replaced a power steering line that goes to the pump from the tank, and replaced the hood and trunk lift supports, replaced all 4 tires with brand new ones and refurbished 1 wheel that was bent, the wheel I refurbished looks brand new. My plans were to refurbish all of them after the car is up and running 100%. The wheels are period correct Momo quasar 2's I believe. From what I've read, the wheels were a pretty big deal in 1991. Car had drilled rotors, its also lowered but I'm not sure on what springs/struts. Interior is a little smelly dues to age/sitting. Some critters were nesting in the engine compartment but they did not cause any wire damage that I can see, I have not found a single wire that has been chewed on. Plenty on nuts/seeds though, most of it I have cleaned up. Car needs blower motor and/or motor resistor. Car needs TLC but can definitely be brought back with some time and effort. Noisy air/smog pump, valve cover & oil pan leaks, door locks fiddly lock/unlock on their own, needs sway bar links/bushings all 4 corners, crack tail light (replacement included), door panel inserts peeled off - need to be re-glued, cracked interior panels, there is a relay staying on even when the car is switched off & drains battery overnight (see pictures)... There is a minor water leak in the trunk. Removed the trunk panels & lining so that it could dry out. Seat motors/switches are flaky. Paint is decent, needs a detail due to water marks/tree sap. The pictures in this listing show the car dusty/dirty with pollen covering it. Dent on hood. Crack on lower portion on front bumper. Fog lights need to be installed. Please just keep in mind that this is a 25+ year old car that I have only owned for a few months and have only worked on for a few days so I can't possibly remember or know all the issues and features of the car. Therefore I strongly urge you to ask as many questions as possible or come see the car in person or both!
