I finally decided to sell my 1967 ss nova. Yes I converted the car to look like a 1966 ss. I have spent a lot of time and money and I have enjoyed racing my nova, but it's time to move on to other projects. All the suspension was purchased at chassis works from front to back including floor boards and roll cage. It has a big block engine built professionally by SPS in Mission, TX and it was dyno tested. The powerglide transmission and converter were purchased at Coan Engineering. The rear end is a 9 inch with 35 spline Moser axles and a nodular center section, Ignition consist of MSD crank trigger, 7al ignition box, distributor, and spark plug wires. A Painless switch box sends voltage to a Dedenbear multi-relay box which energizes a Magnafuel 500 fuel pump, Derale electric fan, and a CSR electric water pump. A Pro street car was the original intention, so that means all light, turn signal, head lights low and high beams work. Also the car still has all the original tinted glass and all window work. The car just won 1st place in the competition class at one of the biggest shows in the area.
