1959 Lambretta LI 150 Series 2I bought this scooter in Gladwin, Michigan from the original owner's caretaker who bought new in Italy and had it shipped back to Michigan. The scooter had been sitting in barn for countless years until the property caretaker received the scooter in trade for services.When I took possession, I made some minor repairs including: Replacing the wheels with BGM wheels (powder coated) and new Continental tires. New back/front brake cables, new clutch cable, new speedo cable, new battery, new license plate (powder coated), Speedometer, refurbished saddles (powder coated) with reproduction covers, new glass headlight and EOM headlight ring. The exhaust is a Casa Clubman (see serial number) specific for Series 1 & 2. Scooter is a good runner, but does require an electrical upgrade as the lights are very dim and the horn does not work. An excellent candidate for a full restoration or ride as-is with minimal electrical repairs. Finally, Scooter has a Michigan title and is free and clear.
