2008 Chevrolet Malibu LT that is looking for a new home. Low opening bid, no reserve on this car! Please look at all the pictures, as they are part of the description!! 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine, automatic transmission, power windows, power locks, power mirrors, manual adjusting seats, cloth interior, CD player, one key only. Issues:Driver seat back is broken and twisted, cannot recline it forward, only reclines backwards:Rear bumper damage - see pictures;Front bumper issues - see pictures; Dent in hood - see pictures;3rd brake light is missing - we needed it for another Malibu we sold, package tray is in the trunk; Driver side door panel arm rest broken;Air bag light is on the dash & Service Air Bag is on the driver information info at start-up; Car needs a jump, but after driving, the alternator is charging the battery; None of the tire pressure sensors are reading - aired up all tires to 34 PSI, drove to inspection station, neither will read PSI and Service Tire Monitor is on the driver information center along with the tire pressure light on dash; Can hear an exhaust leak - may be the flex-pipe causing leak - did not look at;Failed Virginia State inspection for seat back, airbag light on, and 3rd brake light missing;GM recalls have not been done to the car - Electric steering assist & Brake lamp malfunction. Extra info: Administrative Fee We charge a $199.00 Administrative / DOC fee on every vehicle we sell. This amount will be added to the final sale price of the vehicle, and collected when the paperwork is completed. “Condition of vehicle” We test drive our cars prior to trading and any faults are disclosed to the best of our ability. We do not run them through a service facility but rely on our experience to tell you what problems they may have. The vehicle will either have a current Virginia inspection sticker, or a current Virginia rejection sticker. It is against the law in Virginia for you to purchase a vehicle from a dealer, unless it is sold “parts only”. This may be the case in some of our listings, as we may have to sell a vehicle as “parts only” because it is unsafe to drive on public highways. Options such as power windows, cruise control, air conditioning etc. are not guaranteed however we will do our best to mention any items that are not working. Check engine lights and others will be mentioned if they are showing. We will not under any conditions guarantee the check engine lights or any dash warning lights as if they are on we will disclose this and we do not do a diagnosis to see what it is because they can come on at any time for any number of reasons so these lights are not guaranteed if they come on for you. Payment If you are a winning bidder, kindly contact me via email immediately at the end of the auction for verification. Our requirements are that the high bidder should pay an immediate deposit of $200 via PayPal upon completion of the auction and the car should be paid in full within 7 days via cashiers check, cash if in person or money order. The deposit can also be made over the phone via MasterCard or Visa; however, payment in full cannot be made with a credit card or PayPal. If payment of the car is not fulfilled within the specified time, the car will be offered for re-sale and feedback will be left accordingly. Let’s not waste each other’s time.
