Great Patina Very Rare Original Complete 1956 Ford Courier Sedan Delivery. Hasn't been touched, molested, cut up or chopped. Originally built in San Jose, CA and sold in Redding, CA. It was used for a dry cleaning service in the '60's. You can still make out the logo on the sides. The logo read "Elite Tops in Quality Cleaners and Dryers Telephone *153". It is a Black Plate California Car and it stayed in Northern California all of it's life until last year when I purchased the car. Mileage is 72,000 and appears to be original. It fires right up and drives! It has not been registered since 1982. Very Complete Car. Everything is there, including the ashtray, Has heater under the glove compartment. The heater says deluxe on it, inside the glove box is a sticker that shows recommended oil type and air pressure. Drive Train is a stock 223 motor with 3 on the tree. Headlights, tail lights, wiper and speedometer works. Seats are original but need to be redone including foam.All glass is good. This is a very easy start to a hot rod project or restore as an original. Complete with original hubcaps. Minimum amount of rust. All the hoses, belts, plugs, plug wires, and fluids were just replaced. Also Complete brake job and front wheel bearings.
