Partially restored 1972 Volkswagen Super Beetle. Interior has newer seats, seat belts, mats, door panels, etc. Engine has been serviced at Good Carma, local expert VW shop in Minneapolis. New plugs, gaskets, points, distributor, rotor. Rebuilt carburetor. Brakes have been replaced with new shoes, wheel cylinders, drums and hardware. Gas tank purged and cleaned. $2500.0 in work/parts invested. I bought this 2 1/2 years ago at an auction with full intentions of restoring it, but since then have lost interest. It does need some work on the undercarriage front end due to rust to make it structurally sound. I'm not an expert to be able to say exactly what needs to be done, but there are areas of rust and work will need to be done to make it safe to drive. Exterior body is in excellent shape. Needs new tires. Paperwork available for all the engine work and brake work done. Clear Minnesota title. This is a good looking auto, and with time and effort, could be a great looking vehicle.
