i do have a clean wa state title on hand and it is street legal. it is 1987 humvee with 6.2 desel engin. it runs so strong.you will not be dissapointed. it will start up with in 1 second and will run untill empty the gas tank. i changed most of old parts to brand new (took it 6days) starting from brand new genarator new fuel pump new accelrator pump new timing chain new fuelpre heather and all new glow plug and controler of course oil and oil filter. You will not find anything better than this Humvee at this price!
