Difficult Find These Days: For Sale one 1953 Ford ANNIVERSARY F350 EXPRESS BOX with rare hydraulic lift option. Most of these F350's you come across are flat decks as they accounted for the vast majority of units produced in 1953. Very few of the much rarer 9' Express models produced by Ford have the lift option, like this one, as illustrated in the last picture. This pickup has been parked and shedded for most of the past 25 years and has not run in many years so the current mechanical condition is unknown. It is complete except for the rear tailgate. The body is excellent for its age with a great patina and still retains a lot of its original paint. The body and panels are solid and straight except for the right front fender which has a crease as shown in the pictures. There is minimal rust which is located at both lower front fender corners, lower cab corners, and the lower rear right side box sub-panel. If you look real close at the seam in pictures 7&8 you can see this. Rear and side glass is good but drivers quarter and windshield are cracked. Both doors are solid and open/close excellent. The wood in the box floor is weathered and rotted away but the metal slats are in good shape. It is being sold with a clear title and province of Manitoba registration. Take a close look at the pics before bidding as they show the condition better than I can describe. This truck will need a total restore. Successful bidder to pay $500 deposit within 24 hours of auction close and balance due within 7 days of auction close. I will deliver the truck to Pembina ND 58271 for pickup by successful bidder(no charge) and arrangements can be made for storage(for a month or so) until you can pickup.
