We took it to the dealer and they told us that the throttle body need to be replace so we went and got one off eBay and the problem is still the same even with the use throttle body we got online. we end up getting a new one from BMW we swapped it in and it still doing the same thing now the dealer think it's a wiring or computer problem. they want crazy amount of money to diagnose the problem so we pick the car back up and it been sitting since then .
