2004 Porsche Cayenne S.4.5L V8129,990 milesHID headlightsHeated steering wheel and seatsNavigation The Cayenne drives very well and just passed NH state inspection. Front end/steering is all tight and good, suspension is good, tires are Goodyear with about 70% tread left. The truck has a couple new ignition coils, a new starter, new battery. I've been driving this truck back and forth from Boston to Maine almost every day. It is reliable and comfortable. The paint and body are in great condition with the exception of a mark on the passenger rear bumper, shown in photos. No other scratches or dings or dents. No electrical issues of any kind. I would not hesitate to drive this across country tomorrow. The only known mechanical issues are that it does burn about 2qts of oil per 3k miles. 1qt/3000 is normal use according to Porsche. It also has a slight tap from the valves when warm at lower RPMs. I've been told it was a lifter but I have not checked into it. It hasn't gotten any worse and according to the previous owner it has been like that for at least 20k miles. See photos for all wear and damage. Basically all cosmetic. Not shown but also included in the sale are the rear cargo area cover and the OEM Porsche cargo/dog net that rolls up and clips to the roof either behind the driver or passenger seats, depending on if the back seat is down or up. A few people have asked why I have only owned this for a few months...I bought this as a winter vehicle. My car is rear wheel drive and not great in the snow. I wanted a 4wd for winter. My girlfriend's "dream car" has always been a Porsche Cayenne, in white. I bought this and she was unimpressed. I guess she has been spoiled by our S-class Mercedes. She was dissapointed that the rear hatch doesn't open with the push of a button and that the doors don't close by themselves. Not quite reasonable complaints, but whatever. I ended up buying a Mercedes ML that she likes a lot better for some reason. I don't have a need to hang on to the Porsche. I'm not really a Porsche person. Check my history for other vehicles sold. $500 deposit due within 48 hours. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is the third time this vehicle has been relisted because of non-paying bidders.
