1955 Chevy second series pick-up. Small rear window, short bed ,stepside. It has a new (not rebuilt) crate motor with less than 2000 miles on it. It has a new edlebrock carb and intake and headers. It has a turbo 350 automatic with a shift kit. The rear is a 3.73 newer style rearend. It has a Heidt's front suspension kit with rack and pinion power steering along with front disc brakes. Rear brakes are drum with an adjustable proportioning valve. It has power brakes with the booster under the floor. It has Vintage Air that is ice cold. The gas tank has been removed from the cab and relocated to under the bed in the rear, The gas fill is in the bed as you can see in the pics. It has Dolphin gauges with a tach that all work. Wooden bed floor was replaced with composite lumber for more trouble free maintenence. The strips in the bed are stainless. New battery this year, tires are like new mounted on Coy wheels. The truck is trouble free and very dependable. The body and chrome are in excellent condition, It needs nothing that I know of. No leaks or issues.This truck was purchased by my step father and then soon after went to Iraq for a 2 year contract so has decided to sell.
