I have described the car as honestly and as accurately as I can.. However opinions vary So please just assume the worst.. I would rather have the buyer be pleasantly surprised than to be upset with the purchase.. Especially since the car is being sold as is with no warranty written or implied.... The car is listed as having a clear title. it is clear however it is not your typical title or regi.. The previous owner lost the regi so he went to dmv and gathered up the paperwork required to sell the car... This consists of a N.Y. DMV statement of ownership form and a N.Y. DMV transfer of ownership form... If this confuses anyone Then please just consider the car as being sold on bill of sale That should eliminate any confusion...
