Some new parts like head liner & weather striping as well as used interior plastic parts this is a running driving car when I got it but it has not been started or driven in 9 months. In Californiathy made 1973 cars smog exempt and in 1996 a 74 became exempt and in 97 the 75 that was the lest year ca did that now you must get 1976 and newer smog checked and it's almost impossible do to smog parts are obsolete like the 88 f150 we are trying to get passed.so when he was building the car we still had to smog a 1975 he had 2 fire birds one a 1974 and a 1975 the 74 was hit hard in the rear the only thing left was the front end and frame so he bought a 1975 Donner car that was missing the front end so he built 1 bird out of 2 using the already titled 1974 VIN tag. that's how the rear window ended up being a 75 when I did the lean sale and ended up with the car I went to DMV to get a pink and thy made me tow it in cause it had fell out of the system after 7+ years. So the vin was verified by DMV so as far as DMV is condensed it is a 1974 like the vin says in short it can be used for parts or you can build a bad ass hot rod with a blown big block and it's smog exempt in California.
