*buy with confidence. i am starting my own business hense only having six feedbacks but i have been operating my fathers ebay store and have been a member of the ebay community for almost the last ten years so i do know the system and process of ebay and am very proffesional. you will not have any of the problems with me that you might have with a new ebayer, thanks *i am the original owner of this vehicle and paid over 20k for it in 2006. i hate to sell it but i am no longer doing construction and had just bought a new car and just dont have a reason to pay the insurance and get a third of the gas millage out of it that im getting from my car. being the original owner i have taken extremely great care of all maintenance to the vehicle including all of the flushes for the transmission and coolants as well as professionally having the oil changed every 3-4k miles with synthetic blend high millage oil and have also recently spent $309 on a full tuneup in 2014. the vehicle is very mechanically sound and runs very quiet and has only cosmetic issues. The truck is turn key and drive, it is a great work truck. there is and never has been leins against the vehicle, the title is free and clear and nothong is owed on it i own the vehicle out right. the last e-check was failed but i had it corrected *it didnt show up for some reasons under the other otions but the truck does have auto head lights that turn on buy them self in any thing dusk or darker *the vehicle reads around 197.000 miles but i had the engine replaced at 28k by the dealership because there was some issues from the factory when it was made and the new engine has been great and only has about 169.000 miles on it. i would also estimate at least 2/3 to 3/4 of the miles are all high way. it does have the 4.8 liter v8 vortex motor *the work i have had done recently(2014-2015) and the only work that has needed to be done so far is i have got a new front wheel bearing at $382, transmission cooler and lines at $514 and a full tune up at $309 and this is just what has been done professionally and i do have the paper work i just have to figure out how to scan them in, my father in law is a mechanic and has done the belts and other things that have needed done and looked over everything again today and said it was very mechanically sound *though mechanically the truck is awesome it was a work truck for almost 10 years and does have several cosmetic problems, here they are. both door latches are not working and the driver side handle is missing, the passenger side window wiper needs a new screw,the driver side tail light needs a new clip, the ac and heat thing broke and only works on low speed while your driving but does defrost windows just fine once you get going i was quoted about $200 from the dealership to fix it. the tail gate does work but its missing the plastic piece around the handle but the handle is still there and needs to be messed with real fast when it goes up and down but its really easy and it does still work. the passenger side mirror is broke. i was a smoker so there are multiple burn and tares in the seats, the floor is vinyl. the cd player works but i have been having problems with the radio, and there are some dents and scratches in the body nothing big except for a kinda big dent on the passenger side of the tail gate and the front bumper is kinda messed up.there is also one or 2 tires that need to be replaced soon and 2 tires that are almost new. that is everything i can think of, if there is any other cosmetic problems they are very small ones that i do not even know of or have noticed. i know it may sound like alot but everything is easily fixable and i have been driving the truck like this for years and haven't had any kind of problems. i did not have to list all of these but i am trying to be as honest as i can and like i said the truck runs awesome and the engine is in great shape *this truck has done its job for me and has kept me very happy, its a great work truck and can haul and tow pretty much any thing you want it to with its big engine (it has a tow-haul button) and if you have a little bit of mechanical inclination it would be nothing to get the cosmetic stuff taken care of next to nothing. i am not mechanically inclined or i would keep it my self. it also has the 8 foot bed and a aluminum tool box that cost me close to $400 when i bought it *this truck will sell, im staring the bids of pay-pal, cash or usps money order to pay the remainder of the balance. *there ha sbeen 2 minor accidents years ago, the first was i rear ended another car and just needed a new bumper and the second i hit a deer wich cracked the windshield and did some damage to the hood area, i did have full coverage during both of these incidents and had the, professionally repaired at the dealership better then new. there has been no major damage to the truck in any way through the last 10 years since i bought it *you can either come pick the vehicle up in person of have it towed or shipped or what ever you want out of here, buyer is responsible for paying for any transportation. or i can deliver the truck within a few hundred miles for $1.75 mi plus tolls, saw thison another listing thought it was a seller added the following information: i just had some people come and look at the truck and there is a pic of the dashon the listing but its fairly blurry, the check engine light is on, i dont know why its on but i did take out the fuse for the avs so that might have something to do with it, it has been on for a long time so i wouldnt think its any thing major(my dads hummer that has 60k miles has his on and it was a gas cap, so just because thats on doesnt mean that there is a big problem). like i have said earlier the truck it self drives great * i would also like to add in i dont really listen to the cd player and have had the same cd in for a while and i just took it out abd i cant get another one back in, so act as if the cd player does not work, when i put in the head unit i did buy the $400 converter which is still in there *another thung i will add in there that i did not the first time because i didnt think about it but it is shown in the picture is the felt on the cieling of the cab is starting to droop and come off in some places *i cant givr the exact milage because i still had some stuff to move real fast before i sell my truck, the odometer will read around 197,100 give or take a few miles *its not the prettiest truck but its a great work truck and has been very well maintaned and runs well, it will make a great work truck for who ever the winner is
