Great looking red 66 Chevy Belair Wagon with red interior. People really notice this car and it brings smiles and conversation wherever you go. This is the only color to have for this car. The car came from North Dakota, and it was consigned to an old car dealer and I bought it from him. It spent most of its time on a ranch up there and is very solid. The registration papers of the original owner are in the glovebox. The 283 Powerglide combo has been upgraded to a 350 with 4 bolt main bearings, and a 200 4R tranny from a 88 Buick Grand National, code BRF. The engine has been rebuilt with new pistons in the last ten years. It's a Canadian engine from a 1970 C10 Pickup with the engine number K11 05 TAX The rear end is the original 3.73 Positraction which runs super quiet. The front suspension has new upper and lower bushings and ball joints. Under the hood it has factory power brakes and factory power steering which work well. There's a new aluminum radiator and a new heater core inside. Brakes lines and shoes have been replaced for safety. Winter is coming and up here in the hills of New York the salt will be soon on the roads. This is my daily driver but I need to buy another car for winter.
